تأثیر تمرینات طناب‌زنی با و بدون موسیقی بر تعادل ایستا و پویای کودکان 12-10 سال

چکیده

هدف مطالعة حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرینات طناب‌زنی با و بدون موسیقی بر تعادل ایستا و پویای کودکان 10-12 سال است. برای بررسی این هدف، مطالعه‌ای با روش نیمه‌ تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون به همراه دو گروه تجربی (گروه اول، طناب‌زنی بدون موسیقی و گروه دوم، طناب‌زنی با موسیقی) و گروه کنترل مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نمونه تحقیق شامل 60 نفر از دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی در دامنه سنی 10 تا 12 سال بودند که به صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای ارزیابی تعادل ایستا از آزمون تعادل لک‌لک و برای ارزیابی تعادل پویا از خرده مقیاس تعادلی آزمون برونینکس اوزورتسکی استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب (2 در 3) در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 جهت بررسی تفاوت گروه‌ها در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس مرکب نشان داد تعامل بین گروه در تمرین برای هر چهار عامل تعادل ایستای پای راست (0001/0p<، 328/10=(57و2)F)، تعادل ایستای پای چپ (0001/0p<، 275/28=(57و2)F) و تعادل پویا (004/0p=، 10/6=(57و2)F) معنادار بود و گروه تمرینی طناب‌زنی با موسیقی، در هر سه عامل بهبود بیشتری را نشان داد. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تمرینات طناب‌زنی با موسیقی تاثیر بیشتری بر تعادل ایستا و پویای کودکان 10-12 سال دارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود از تمرینات طناب‌زنی به همراه موسیقی در مدارس استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of jumping rope training with and without music on static and dynamic balance in children of 10-12 years. To investigate this aim, a semi -experimental study with pre-test and post-test design was used with two experimental groups (first group, jumping rope training without music and second group, jumping rope training with music) and control group. The sample of study consisted of 60 elementary students in the age range of 10 to 12 years which randomly selected. For evaluation of static balance the Strok test was used and for evaluation of dynamic balance was used the balance subscale of Bruininks-Oseretsky Test. In order to analyze the data the mix ANOVA (2×2) at the significance level of 0.05 was used to examine the differences between the two groups in the pre-test and post-test. The results of mix analysis of variance showed that inter-group interaction in training was significant for all three factors: right foot static balance (F(2,57)=10.328، p = 0.0001), left foot static balance, (F(2,57)=28.275، p = 0.0001) and dynamic balance ( F(2,57)=6.10، p = 0.004). In all three factors, the jumping rope training group with music showed more improvement. These findings indicate that jumping rope training with music has a greater impact on the static and dynamic balance of children aged 10-12 years. Therefore, it is recommended to use jumping rope training with music in schools.
