In this quasi-experimental study, 40 skilled male players with mean age of 20.4 ± 2.48 were selected by convenience and randomly. They were divided into four groups blocked, randomised, blocked - judgment of learning, and randomised - judgment of learning. Subjects contributed in the pre-test phase , acquisition phase and Then, they participated in the retention test with different intervals of one, seven, and thirty days from the training session. Data were analysed using a one-way analysis of variance with repeated measures. The results did not show significant differences in these groups in the acquisition phase. But findings indicated better performance in terms increasing accuracy in randomised - judgment of learning,randomised and blocked - judgment of learning in the 3 phses of retention test. In fact, findings suggest that judgment of learning affects interference or impairement of memory and performance; In other words, when learners predict and judge their performance, they experience appropriate strategies to deal with their training conditions and can be considered as an effective factor in the progress of performance. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر تداخل زمینه ای با قضاوت از یادگیری بر دقت ضربات تاپ اسپین تنیس روی میز پرداخته است. در این تحقیق نیمه تجربی، 40 بازیکن مرد ماهر با میانگین سنی 48/2 ± 4/20 به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در چهار گروه قالبی، تصادفی، قالبی –قضاوت از یادگیری و تصادفی- قضاوت از یادگیری تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌ها در مراحل پیش آزمون و اکتساب و سپس درآزمون یادداری با فواصل متفاوت یک، هفت و 30 روز از جلسه تمرین شرکت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس یک راهه با اندازه‌های تکراری تحلیل شد. در مرحله اکتساب نتایج تفاوت معناداری بین گروه‌های مختلف نشان نداد. اما عملکرد بهتر به لحاظ افزایش دقت ضربات در گروه‌های تصادفی– قضاوت، تصادفی و قالبی –قضاوت نسبت به گروه قالبی در هر سه مرحله از یادداری نشان داد. درواقع یافته تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌کند قضاوت از یادگیری اثر تداخل زمینه‌ای یا اختلال حافظه و اجرا را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد؛ به عبارتی دیگر زمانی که فراگیران به پیش بینی و قضاوت از عملکرد خود می‌پردازند، راهکارهای مناسب برای مواجه شدن با شرایط تمرینی خود تجربه می‌کنند که این عامل مؤثری بر پیشرفت اجرا محسوب شود. https://mmbj.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_17420_de61845a3549190502d13f777826e634.pdf
