اثر فعالیت بدنی در محیط سبز بر شاخص‌های انگیزش، سواد بدنی، سرزندگی، و میل به ادامه ورزش در دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر فعالیت بدنی در محیط سبزبرانگیزش فعالیت بدنی، سواد بدنی، سرزندگی ذهنی، و سواد بدنی دانش آموزان و تفاوت آن با فعالیت در مجتمع‌های ساختمانی بدون دسترسی به فضای سبز بود. این پژوهش به صورت نیمه تجربی انجام گرفت. تعداد 60 دانش آموز پسر و 60 دانش آموز دختر مقطع متوسطه به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه (هر گروه 20 نفر به تفکیک جنسیت) تقسیم شدند. پس از یک پیش آزمون (تکمیل پرسشنامه های جمعیت شناختی، سواد حرکتی، انگیزش، سرزندگی و میل به ورزش) دانش آموزان فعالیت بدنی را در محیط های تعیین شده ( گروه اول تمرین و فعالیت بدنی در پارک و فضای سبز، گروه دوم فعالیت بدنی درخانه بدون دسترسی به فضای سبز وگروه سوم فعالیت در خانه کنار گلها و گلدان‌ها ) به مدت 8 هفته هر هفته شامل سه جلسه انجام دادند، و در انتها پرسشنامه‌های مربوطه را تکمیل کردند.نتایج نشان داد که اثر تمرین در پارک و طبیعت بر سرزندگی ذهنی و انگیزش خود‌-مختار تأثیر گذار بود،اما بر میل به ادامه فعالیت‌بدنی، سواد‌بدنی و انگیزش کنترل‌شده و بی‌انگیزه‌گی تأثیرگذارنبود. اثر تمرین در خانه باعث کاهش بی‌انگیزگی شد،اما بر میل به ادامه فعالیت بدنی، سواد بدنی وانگیزش‌های خود-مختار و کنترل شده تأثیر گذار نبود.فعالیت بدنی در منزل در کنار پنجره و رو به طبیعت و یا گلدانها برهیچ کدام از متغیرها تاثیری نداشت. به نظر می‌رسد که فعالیت بدنی در پارک و فضای سبز می‌تواند باعث افزایش انگیزش خود-مختار و سرزندگی ذهنی دانش‌آموزان گردد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to examine the differences between green physical activity and home-based physical activity on motivational regulations, physical literacy, subjective vitality, and intention to continue physical activity. One hundred and twenty secondary students (50% males) participated in this quasi-experimental study. They were randomly assigned into three experimental groups (first experimental group one: physical activity at the park and green space, second experimental group: home-based physical activity, and third experimental group: home-based physical activity behind flowers and flower bots), and followed exercises for 8 weeks. Compared to students in the second and third groups, students in the first experimental group reported higher autonomous motivation and vitality. Amotivation also decreased for students in the second group. Controlled motivation, physical literacy, and intention to continue physical activity did not change results from the interventions. Generally, green physical activity would help students to autonomously motivate toward activities and experience higher vitality, which also has important implications for teachers and physical activity psychologists during challenging times
