اثربخشی برنامه حرکتی اسپارک بر اضطراب کودکان

چکیده

مقدمه: کم‌تحرکی و یا بی‌تحرکی یکی از دلایل اصلی افسردگی و کاهش سطح کیفیت زندگی و همچنین اضطراب در کودکان دانسته می‌شود، با طراحی برنامه‌های حرکتی هدفمند می‌توان به‌سلامت حرکتی و روانی کودکان کمک کرد. در همین راستا هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر برنامه حرکتی اسپارک بر کاهش اضطراب کودکان بود.
روش شناسی: راهبرد پژوهش حاضر نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان دختر منطقه یک شهر تهران با دامنه سنی 8 تا 12 سال بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 24 نفر انتخاب و بعد از انجام پیش‌آزمون (تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ی اضطراب اسپنس توسط والدین) به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 16 جلسه در برنامه حرکتی اسپارک شرکت کردند، گروه کنترل فعالیتی نداشتند. درنهایت پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد و نتایج ثبت گردید، همچنین جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌ تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که سطح اضطراب کودکان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در هر 6 مقیاس (وسواس فکری و عملی، پانیک/ بازارهراسی، اضطراب اجتماعی، اضطراب فراگیر، اضطراب جدایی و ترس از صدمات جسمانی) به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافته است (05/0p<).
نتیجه گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد برنامه حرکتی اسپارک به‌عنوان یک روش کنترل و بهبود می‌تواند در کاهش علایم اضطراب کودکان تأثیر معنادار داشته باشد.
