[English]

Today, with the increasing development of knowledge and technology in all educational sectors and the lack of attention to fundamental indicators in the design and construction of facilities, it has created the basis for many physical and mental problems. Therefore the aim of this research was to analyze the effect of a healthy work environment in physical education colleges in Mashhad on the quality of mental health in students' lives. The research method is descriptive and of the survey type, which was implemented in the field. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the students of physical education schools in Mashhad in the second secondary level, numbering 900 people in the academic year of 1404-1403. Using G-Power software, the number of statistical sample was estimated to be 275 people, who were selected by stratified random sampling from among the members of the statistical community. In order to collect data, Jamshidi et al.'s healthy work environment questionnaires (2017) and Pribula et al.'s (2024) mental health quality of life questionnaires were used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of skewness and kurtosis, Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression analysis and path analysis with the least squares method were used in SPSS and PLS statistical software. The results showed that a healthy work environment has a positive and significant effect on the quality of students' mental health (T-Value=13.241, β=0.298). Also, the components of physical environment and psycho-social environment were qualified to predict the quality of mental health of students in life.
