First, both groups completed three questionnaire (life skills, self-regulation, and sense of coherence), and then the experimental group performed selected sports exercises regularly for nine weeks and two sessions per week, The control group was without training and after completing the exercises The experimental group of both groups completed the respective questionnaires again. In order to analyze the data, repeated measures analysis of variance was performed with a two-level within-group factor (pre-test and post-test) and a two-level between-group factor (control and experimental). The results of the research showed a significant increase in the scores of life skills questionnaires, self-regulation skills and sense of coherence (p<0.01) after performing the exercises in the subjects of the experimental group. According to the results of this research, performing selected sports exercises can be effective on life skills, self-regulation skills and the sense of coherence of adolescent girls, so it is suggested to use the potential benefits of these sports exercises in the age groups of adolescents.
