سبک ارتباطی نیازها، حالات خلقی و درگیر شدن رفتاری در تربیت بدنی: نقش واسطه ای نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی و انگیزش درونی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، آزمون مدل ارتباطی بین سبک ارتباطی حامی و خنثی کننده نیازها با حالات خلقی منفی و مثبت و درگیر شدن رفتاری دانش آموزان در کلاس تربیت بدنی، بر اساس نظریه خودمختاری بود. همچنین، نقش واسطه ای رضامندی از نیازهای اساسی روانشناختی و انگیزش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نوع پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود که به روش مقطعی انجام گردید. تعداد 547 دانش‌آموز پسر دوره دوم متوسطه، یک سری پرسش‌نامه خود‌گزارشی که رضامندی از نیازهای روانشناختی، انگیزش، درگیر شدن و خلق مثبت و منفی را می‌سنجید، تکمیل کردند. ارتباطات حامی و خنثی گر نیازها از طریق چک لیست به صورت مشاهده ای رفتار معلم با دانش آموزان در یک جلسه کلاس تربیت بدنی، امتیازدهی شد. نتایج تحلیل عامل تاییدی و تحلیل مسیر نشان داد: اثرات مستقیم ارتباطات حامی نیازها با خلق منفی معنادار می باشد. علاوه بر این، اثرات غیر مستقیم ارتباطات حامی نیازها با خلق مثبت و درگیر شدن رفتاری از طریق نقش واسطه ای رضامندی از نیازهای اساسی و انگیزش درونی معنادار می باشد. درکل، یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که ارتباطات حامی نیازها بین معلم و دانش آموز عاملی مهم در پیش‌بینی حالات خلقی، و درگیر شدن رفتاری دانش‌آموزان در کلاس تربیت‌بدنی است. معلم تربیت‌بدنی می‌تواند با استفاده از سبک ارتباطات حامی نیازها باعث کاهش حالات خلقی منفی و افزایش حالات خلقی مثبت و درگیر شدن رفتاری بیشتر در کلاس تربیت بدنی شود.

According to self-determination theory, the aim of this study was to examine the relationship model of need-supportive and need-thwarting communications style, engagement, and positive and negative affect in PE classes. Also, the mediating role of basic psychological needs and motivation were examined. The research was correlational-descriptive with cross-sectional way. A number of 547 male students from secondary schools completed a series of self-reported questionnaires which assess basic needs satisfaction, PE motivation, positive and negative affect, and PE engagement. Need-supportive and need-thwarting communications were scored observationally using a teacher-student behavior checklist. The results of confirmatory factor analysis and track analysis showed that the direct effect of need-supportive communications and on negative affect was negatively significant. In addition, the indirect effect of need-supportive communications, via mediating role of basic need satisfaction and intrinsic motivation, on positive affect and behavioral engagement was significant. Overall, the findings suggest need-supportive and need-thwarting communication is an important factor in anticipation of student's affect status and engagement in physical education. Physical education teachers could use a need-supportive communication style, in order to decrease negative affect and increase positive affect as well as behavioral engagement in physical education.
