رابطه کمال گرایی و سرسختی ذهنی با واکنش به شکست در ورزشکاران زن و مرد شهرستان زنجان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر رابطه کمال‌گرایی و سرسختی ذهنی با واکنش به شکست در ورزشکاران زن و مرد شهرستان زنجان بود. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات زمینه یابی و طرح همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه ورزشکاران زن و مرد سازمان یافته شهر زنجان که تعداد 8000 نفر بود. نمونه آماری به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای در نرم افزار G-POWER به تعداد ۳۱۵ ورزشکار انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری متغیرها شامل: مقیاس کمال‌گرایی چند بعدی ورزشی (گاتوالس و همکاران ۲۰۱۰)، پرسشنامه واکنش پذیری به تجارب هیجانی (ماتائو و ناک ۲۰۰۸) و پرسشنامه سرسختی ذهنی ورزشی (۲۰۱۰) بود. پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه‌ها، داده‌ها، به روش آماری همبستگی پیرسون و همینطور با روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون و آنالیز واریانس با سطح اطمینان ۹۵/۰ و با بهره گیری از نرم افزار SPSS ورژن 25 تحلیل و فرضیه‌های تحقیق آزمون شد. یافته ها: کمال گرایی و سرسختی ذهنی با همبستگی ۰۹۵/۰ و سرسختی ذهنی و واکنش به شکست با همبستگی ۰۶۵/۰ در سطح معنی داری 0.05<P قرار داشتند و رابطه معنی داری وجود نداشت. اما مولفه های کمال گرایی و واکنش به شکست با همبستگی ۳۴۴/۰ و سطح معنی داری 001/0 دارای ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری داشت. نتیجه گیری: با کاهش میزان کمال‌گرایی افراد واکنش هیجانی به شکست هم کاهش می‌یابد همچنین با افزایش کمال‌گرایی، واکنش به شکست هم افزایش پیدا می‌کند و اگر بتوانیم کمال‌گرایی بهنجار ورزشکاران را در سطح مطلوب حفظ کنیم در شرایط استرس زا و پر فشار مسابقات واکنش‌های هیجانی افراد تعدیل می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was the relationship between perfectionism and mental toughness with reaction to failure in male and female athletes of Zanjan city. Method: The current research was of the type of contextual research and correlation design. The statistical population of all organized male and female athletes of Zanjan city was 8000 people. A statistical sample of 315 athletes was selected by cluster random sampling in G-POWER software. Variables measurement tools included: sports multidimensional perfectionism scale (Gatvales et al. 2010), reactivity to emotional experiences questionnaire (Matau and Nock 2008) and sports mental toughness questionnaire (2010). After collecting the questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation statistical method, as well as the statistical method of regression analysis and analysis of variance with a confidence level of 0.95 and using SPSS version 25 software, and research hypotheses were tested. Findings: Perfectionism and mental toughness with a correlation of 0.095 and mental toughness and reaction to failure with a correlation of 0.065 were at a significant level of P<0.05 and there was no significant relationship. But the components of perfectionism and reaction to failure had a positive and significant relationship with a correlation of 0.344 and a significance level of 0.001. Conclusion: By decreasing the level of perfectionism, people's emotional reaction to failure also increases, and also by increasing perfectionism, the reaction to failure increases, and if we can adjust the perfectionism of athletes at a favorable level in stressful situations and in stressful competitions, people's emotional reactions.
